The mission of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division is to exercise civil jurisdiction throughout Oneida County with respect to the service of process, enforcement of court orders, legal papers, documents and the execution of judgments.
Members of the Sheriff’s Office Civil Division shall strive to perform their duties with the highest level of professional while providing the residents of Oneida County with high quality, cost-effective civil law enforcement.
