According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, a Trenton man was arrested after he attacked a Special Patrol Officer who was working at Union Station in Utica this afternoon. Seth G. Kraft, 38, of Trenton, had been acting disorderly and was directed to leave Union Station by a Special Patrol Officer before he attacked the Officer. Kraft was arrested and subsequently charged with Disorderly conduct, Trespass, Harassment in the second degree and Resisting arrest. Kraft was then transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building in Whitestown for processing and will be brought before Oneida County CAP Court for arraignment. Members of the City of Utica Police Department assisted at the scene.
