March 29th is National Vietnam War Veterans Day. The Utica Center for Development INC. (Central New York Veterans Outreach Center) hosted a Welcome Home Ceremony in partnership with 50 Forward Mohawk Valley Parkway Center, and Daughters of the American Revolution, in recognition of Vietnam Veterans. Please join us as we thank and honor our nation’s Vietnam War Veterans along with their families for their service and sacrifice!
